Let me start my lecture today.

I have over 30 years of experience in currency trading and financial market trading. As an independent investor, I know all the global economic data. I have always been looking at the fundamental economic figures and kept analysing them. I think there is an unsolvable problem for mankind which is the international settlement problem caused by trade imbalance. It reflects on the capability of a country in balance of payments.  A country’s balance of payments capability determines whether a country can print money or not. It also determines the setting of a country’s fiscal policy. I want to talk about the balance of payments and monetary issues from a technical point of view, so that you can see the problems of the current monetary system and find the solutions to the problems.
